How should I care for my Tutu Du Monde garment?
Due to the delicate nature of our hand-beaded embellishments and fine tulle, we recommend a gentle cold hand wash or spot clean only. Always dry flat in the shade and avoid harsh chemicals or tumble drying to preserve the magic of the piece.
What size should I order for my child?
Our garments generally run true to size, but as they are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page, which provides measurements for chest and length to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are typically dispatched via express courier services. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair accessories and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are the sequins and beads securely attached?
Every Tutu Du Monde piece is hand-decorated with meticulous attention to detail. While we ensure all embellishments are securely fastened, the delicate nature of hand-beading means some loss of sequins or beads may occur with wear. We include a small bag of spare beads with most signature styles.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process and pack orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer care team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make any further amendments.
